The quality of all incoming and outgoing alcoholic products is constantly controlled by our internal laboratory and, periodically, by accredited external laboratories.
For quality control on incoming and outgoing goods the internal laboratory uses all the necessary measurement instruments.
In addition to the generic instrumentation, the instruments used include:
- gas chromatograph
- spectrophotometers
- precision hydrostatic, technical, analytic scales
- density meters
- moisture scales
- automatic titration systems
- refractometers
- pH meters
The training of the personnel is fundamental, through special training courses for analytic and instrumental organoleptic tests, facilitated by significant experience of many years in the sector.

The construction of the new warehouse and the type of storage and movement of alcoholic products have enabled us to apply the latest technologies and to pay the greatest attention to environmental safeguards and prevention.
